An Unusual Osteogenic lesion of a Finger



Abstract
Extraskeletal bone formation is uncommon and it is very rare in hand. The lesion is often hard to differentiate clinically and radiologically from the malignant tumor when f irst it is f ound.
Authors presented a case of extraskeletal bone formation in proximal phalanx of middle finger of right hand of 33 year old housewife who was cared at Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in St. Mary¢¥s Hospital.
